Join a two-person crew cleaning the same set of homes each week. No experience required, we train you.
Austin, Round Rock and Cedar Park routes
- Clean homes to our 64-point checklist
- Communicate with your crew lead and clients
- Care for equipment and restock your kit
- Drive a company vehicle between homes (valid license required)
Lead a crew of two or three, run client walkthroughs and keep quality high on every visit.
Georgetown and Leander routes
- Lead daily routes and first-visit walkthroughs
- Coach new technicians in the field
- Complete quality checklists and photo reports
- Solve problems with clients on the spot
Fast, detail-focused turnovers between guests, including linens, restocking and room photos.
Central and East Austin, Lakeway
- Reset short-term rentals between guests
- Swap linens and restock supplies
- Photograph rooms and report damage
- Work Friday to Monday during peak season
Operate truck-mounted extraction equipment. IICRC certification paid for after 90 days.
All service areas
- Inspect fibers and pre-treat stains
- Operate truck-mount and portable extractors
- Explain results and aftercare to clients
- Maintain equipment and van
